Gary from "Re-Entry Lock and Safe" came to our home this morning to install a new lock on the front door. The old lock, from previous owner, had the bolt bent and was not working well at all. Gary had to repair the 'strike plate' and recenter it. Also, the old lock had been installed 'upside-down. It was a mess. Gary repaired the area for the strike plate and installed the new lock. BINGO! 'what a difference we have with our front door. And Gary also insisted on sweeping up all the wood chips that had fallen on the floor. Gary is Grrreat! And he is also very kind and personable - as almost all these reviews show him to be. If you are having any problem with any kind of lock in Beacon - CALL GARY!
